• you are legally permitted to use our services

If a user is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, parental or legal guardian consent may be required.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide:

• accurate information
• current information
• complete information

You are responsible for:

• maintaining account security
• protecting your password
• all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false information.

5. User Content

Users may upload:

• photos
• videos
• profile information
• messages

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Players Portal a limited license to display, store, process, and distribute it for operation of the platform.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• false
• abusive
• unlawful
• offensive
• infringing

We may remove content at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some services may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may:

• renew automatically each month
• continue until cancelled
• include promotional access through promo codes

Users are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date. For purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store, billing and cancellation are managed through the applicable app store. Fees already charged may not be refundable except where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• impersonate others
• post misleading information
• harass users
• scrape data
• interfere with the platform
• violate laws

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9. Privacy

Your use of Players Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content excluding user content belongs to Players Portal, including:

• software
• design
• logos
• trademarks
• branding

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Players Portal is not liable for:

• indirect damages
• lost opportunities
• lost profits
• user disputes
• third party conduct

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these terms are violated
• misuse occurs
• legal concerns arise

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
